Academic Lead of the MCU-ZSB Executive Program
Corporate Learning at the Zicklin School of Business offers custom non-degree programs to help clients improve sustainable global competitiveness by preparing business people for roles of responsible leadership. The Zicklin School of Business has recently partnered with Municipal Credit Union (MCU) to deliver a leader development program for two cohorts of managers at different levels in the organization. MCU is metro New York's largest credit union. Founded in 1916, MCU is currently celebrating its Centennial anniversary.
In my role as Academic Lead, I am responsible for the design process of the non‐degree curriculum, identifying and supervising teaching faculty, monitoring program quality, and defining and measuring learning outcomes, among others.
In addition to my university teaching, I regularly conduct executive workshops and seminars for managers and HR leaders on cutting-edge methods of personnel selection and staffing. Recent workshops were held in Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, and Germany and included topics such as:
o Return on investment from human resources interventions
o Personnel selection and staffing: A guide for practitioners
o Linking personality assessments to competency modeling
o Counterproductivity and integrity in the workplace
